Chronic diseases/Other Illness:He suffers at times from phantom pains in his shoulder from being shot. He passes it off as a stiff muscle but those that know him know that his past know it's from being shot. Talon also use to get migraines but hasn't had any since leaving the FBI.

He also has a high tolerance to pain killers since his being shot.

In 2008, Talon was diagnosed with  an intracranial meningioma. He is on heavy painkillers because of the headaches it causes.
Allergies: Compazine: it makes him unable to think or settle down. He just becomes extremely restless and plus if he gets it for a migraine it tends to give him a rebound migraine the next day.
Smokes: no-he quit shortly after he joined the FBI.
Drinks: Yes and he has a tendency to drink too much if stressed or chased by his memories
Interesting Tidbit: He's a strict vegetarian. He doesn't touch anything with dairy products, eggs or honey.
 

Appearance

Talon hates his scars. He's got a few from his idiot days of being a kid mainly on his knee from playing ice hockey and having it connect with another persons skate. Talon doesn't mind that one it's more of the ones on his chests; like the one where they had to crack open his chest to fix the buckshot that had hit him in the shoulder and right side of his chest. He has two matching scars on the back of his shoulder from where two buckshot pellets went through. He also has several metal plates and screws in his shoulder from where the bone was shattered.

His general attire while in class is a pair of dress pants and a button down shirt, not tucked in. If he's not at work, Talons is a baggy teeshirt and slacks guy. His most favorite item of clothing is a ratty bomber jacket that his brother got him on graduating college. Talon also adores the baggy hoody he got when he was in Quantico training.
 

Personality

Some people consider his normal silent treatment as an eerie thing. He doesn't do it because he's shy or rude, Talon is actually profiling those he is with. He forms a mental picture of them from their actions and words. He won't normally approach a new face until he's watched them several times and knows their habits.

For those he's known a while, Talon is a friendly person. He has no problem talking with them or even lowering some of his guard. However since he was shot while working with the FBI, Talon doesn't really trust to even let them too close.

He is unable to shut off his brain and it shows in the way he talks. A simple chat about a girl he likes is like profiling a victim or a killer. Some may see him as strange, his students definitely do, but Talon in his eyes is perfectly normal for a trained profiler.

Talon also suffers from a gypsy persona. He never likes to be in one place for too long. It's part of the reason why he chose the FBI, where ever the case was he went.
 

Personal History

William Timeline

Born second youngest in his family, Talon was only a baby when they moved to Pleasant Port. Raised in a good family, Talon was placed in advance classes after his teachers repeatedly sent home letters stating how much he was acting out in school. Most of the time he was just simply bored while in regular classes. However placing him in advance classes assisted in revealing his outbursts but what really took care of the problem was getting him into a junior league of ice hockey.

It was in high school when Talon and another team member collided when they were playing a game of hockey on the frozen river. Slicing his knee open, Talon was bed ridden for several months. It was during those months that Talon again started to act out, lipping off and attempting to do stupid stunts. While his family agreed that it was because he was bored, Talon stopped his actions on one Saturday night when he saw an episode of America's Most Wanted.

Enraptured on the case involving a serial killer that rode the rail roads and killed near them, Talon began eating up anything he possibly could on the FBI and profiling. His entire life turned a one eighty even after he was able to return to playing hockey.

Accepted to a great college, Talon flew through school and was soon accepted to Quantico. It was that he felt like his life had really started. At first not finding a place in the Academy, Talon met several others like him. With his new friends, Talon finally found a spot to fit in. With them, Talon would profile old cases like the black Dahilia murder or Zodiac. They even moved into a house, the girls having the second floor and the boys having the first.

Graduating from the Academy, Talon was place in the Behavioral Science Unit due to his past in psychology. While he soon found out that it wasn't what he thought it would be Talon was still happy with his career. After all he traveled frequently and got to use his favorite weapon; his brain.

That was until 2002. It was that year that Talon and his friends worked a case involving a serial killer known as the Copycat. Having hated the nickname, Talon never gave the killer a new one. In all truth, for a killer who used horror movies and novels as inspiration to commit actual murders the only thing Talon could call him secretly was 'Moriarty' (painting himself as Sherlock Holmes).

Working the case, Talon was placed head profiler even as a young FBI agent. It was his profile that got him onto America's Most Wanted. Shortly after the airing of his appearance on AMW that Talon got drunk and kissed Kerri, one of his female room mates. Learning of her affection for him as well, the two became a rather secret item.

Following a tip, Talon didn't expect that it would lead him to a small town in Kentucky. Confronting the Copycat, Talon was shot in the shoulder with a shotgun. While he is uncertain of what happened after he was shot, Talon does know that he was life lighted to the largest hospital. It was there that he also died; twice. Once was from his heart stopping but the doctors shocking it and then again when his body had an infection.

But he recovered and his relationship with Kerri deepened and they were married while he was on leave and doing rehab. It was 2003 when he was physically able to return to the FBI. Remaining in the BSU division, Talon was changed. His mind was sharper, but he was more forceful when it came to arresting criminals. It was also during this time that his marriage was on the rocks.

Forced off of field duty due to a psychological evaluation that stated Talon was suffer from PTSD. He hated every minute of it but most around him believed that he was nearly like his old self while on desk duty. Finally returning, Talon was brought into a hostage case.

Working with Kerri, Talon shattered any hopes of staying in the field when he offered himself to the hostage taker. Getting into a verbal argument with Kerri, Talon was later informed of his father's passing. Returning to Pleasant Port late the night before the funeral, he buried his father before disappearing due to a hearing.

Talon was found to still be suffering from PTSD and placed on a new division that was working on Cold Cases. With an office in the basement, he earned a new nickname of 'Moody Blues' due to his dislike of working on Cold Cases. He desired to be back working on Serial killers.

His marriage on the rocks, Talon was the one to move out of the house when Kerri slapped him with divorce papers. Claiming it was easier then having everyone at odds, Talon simply agreed to her terms and they were divorced.

Staying with the Cold Cases group, Talon never was approved to return to chasing serial killers which is what he desired to do. But instead he was able to travel to where ever his new group needed to go. With them he traveled to Italy and France, twice on leads to two cases.

It was Christmas when his brother Lyle called him to inform him about their mother. Returning home, Talon went to a doctors appointment with her and it was then that he decided that his career in the FBI no longer was what he desired and agreed that his family needed him there more then anything else. So he retired from the FBI and returned to Pleasant Port.

Accepting a job as a psychology teacher at the local college, Talon's first class was allowing his students to try and profile the person who shot him during the first ten minutes of their first class. It got the students attentions and now Talon's classes are nearly like those at the FBI Academy. Currently, Talon's Advanced Psychology students are studying the current murders. Talon is too but he is uncertain of helping the local police if they asked.

In December of 2007, Talon was not only blown back by the fact that his friend Quinn confessed that she had feelings with him but he was also asked to 'unofficially' write a profile for the Pleasant Port killer. While he was unable to confess that he had feelings for Quinn too, he discovered she had left in fear that he had felt ackward about their relationship. Since then he's been dealing with the killer, the fact that Henry found out about his past with the FBI has made him completely uncomfortable. After all that wasn't something he likes to share.
 

In early 2008, Talon was diagnosed with an intracranial meningioma while out in LA for an old case. He's yet to tell anyone save for Mace who was there with him when the doctors told him about it. Due to its location, doctors have informed him that it will effect his thought processes into even believing and remebering things that never happened to associating certian smells with people. The way it is growing the doctors believe it to be maglignant yet he has done nothing to take care of it.

	Name	Relation
	Jean Talon	Talon's mother. She's probably the only one in his family who had a quicker whit then he does. The only one in the family that could get him to come back Pleasant Port, Jean didn't expect having Alzheimer's disease would be the only way to get him back home!
	Lyle Talon	His older brother. Working at the bank, Lyle and Talon have a strained relationship. Lyle was always closer to their father and doesn't approve of Talon's Gypsy like ways. However it didn't stop him from calling Talon when their mother got sick. A wedge was also driven between them when Lyle gave Henry some information on Talon and about why he left the FBI....though Talon could never exatly tell if he actually did.
	Sasha Talon	Lyle's wife. She works at the bank with Lyle and Talon has stated that he doesn't know what she sees in his brother. Currently Sasha is attempting to ease the blow between Lyle's idea of placing Jean in a nursing home and Talon desiring to have her at home.
	Alana Kenton	His older sister. Having always been the one to go her own way, Alana hasn't really spoken with Talon since his divorce or since he was shot.
	Fox Kenton	His brother in law. Fox works for a home security system installation company. Talon finds him intellectually amusing.
	Marti Talon	His baby sister. Always the one to watch out for his sister, Talon confides in her more then anyone else. She currently dropped out of college to teach dance classes.She is also the only one who agrees with Talon on their mother and has moved back home to live with their mother in order ot help out more.
	Kerri Reiko	His ex-wife. They are still friends and it would have worked out if Talon hadn't been shot while working at the FBI . Still they keep in touch and Kerri has been to Pleasant Port to check on Jean several times. Sadly, Kerri believes it is best for Talon to allow Jean to go into the nursing home. She however is still unsure about the facts.
	Harry Talon	His father. Harry died in 2003 from cancer. It was another thing that just added onto the stress that Talon was facing. It was Harry however that got Talon into enjoying the fact that he was smart.

He is happy to have a friend close by. She admitted however that she loved him and when he was unable to give an answer to her, she moved away before he could finally tell her he was ready for a relationship.
	Jane Ashby	Introduced by his sister Marti, Talon hooked her up to her now ex-husband. He apologized for it rather sheepishly after learning of their divorce and of Brad's actions.
	David Slater	Best friend from the FBI. He was his best man at his wedding to Kerri. They still are close and he's a country boy still at heart. Born in Texas, he technically classifys Pleasant Port his second home other then the house in Virgina. However he may be moving out as well, since he is now currently engaged to a College professor in Virginia. He's hoping that Talon will be his best man!
	Sarah Tomas	The last girl in the group, Sarah was introduced to Talon by Kerri. The flirt of the group, she was also the last to move into the house. However the flirting ended when she inadvertantly lost her badge about a week after they graduated. Talon and the others covered for her and assisted in finding it. Since then Sarah leaves the badge at home when she goes out partying. Also was the maid of honor at Talon and Kerri's wedding.
	Sarah Williams	Another student of his. He was a bit harsh on one of her papers but it was after a bad night with his mother and the paper did lack a little bit of things but not as drastic as he made it sound. He agreed to assist in getting it done but has yet to drop the outer shell that he keeps up.  They went to lunch with Mara and Mace in January of 2008, and Talon is slowly starting to see her as a friend. He finds her interesting at times but annoying as well, however that's the nature of people. After all Mace is extremely annoying to him.

They parted on bad terms however with Talon having a sinking feeling that Henry had gone to his brother or looked in the records for a reason why he left the FBI after Talon had informed him it was Personal.
	Bliss Adair	One of his students, Talon hasn't really had a one on one with her yet. Still there's time...after all she's in his Spring classes.
	Shawn Grayson	There was once a case in LA where Talon met his older brother Jake. The two only metonce but Talon called him an impressive liar. Shawn meanwhile gave him a rather interesting nickname of 'Mr. Mind boy'. Both have no idea that each other in Pleasant Port mainly because Shawn has gone out of his way to avoid seeing him.

Enemies

Ian Mace - Talon doesn't understand the cold feelings going on between them. After all they were friends earlier during training but perhaps it had something to do with the fact that he was placed in charge of the Copycat killer. He's not sure what the hell happened but he believes it's something to do with the fact that he became a rising star and Mace was left to work his way up the ranks. The fact he and Kerri got married has nothing to do with any of his equations! Mace is the only one who currently knows that he has a brain tumor.
