Born in Puerto Rico in 1967, she moved to Brooklyn New York in 1986. She met and married Victor Factor the following year and the two married. In 1988, she gave birth to daughter, Saleisha, and then the family moved to Pleasant Port. Victor took up work at the electrical plant and she found work on a local farm.

Belicia and Diego were born in subsequent years, and while the family was far from well off, they managed to get by.

In 1996, Victor died in an unfortunate accident at the electrical plant. The family has been compensated ever since, and Tatiana still kept her work on the farm.

In 1999, Tatiana eventually began a relationship with another man who moved in with her and helped her financially. Tatiana notices that Saleisha greatly dislikes him, but she still continues to see him until 2003 when it is finally revealed how he had treated her daughter. She promptly kicked him out.

In December 2005, Tatiana was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. In November of 2007, on a trip to the doctor, it was discovered that the cancer had returned and she was given less than two months to live. She died on December 28, 2007.

Tatiana is survived by her three children, Saleisha, Belicia and Diego. She also has an older brother, Alejandro Garzza, who lives in Macon, Georgia with his wife, Alondra, and their three kids, Victor (named for Tatiana's husband who was Alejandro's best friend), Valeria and Candela.
