Appearance
Scott is 5'11" with blond hair and blue eyes. Though he is lanky, he is also well-toned. He has never had interest in being too bulked up, but he does like to keep in reasonably good shape. The only thing he really does for that is take walks and play sports. While looks aren't extremely important to him, he at least wants to look somewhat good. However, there are times when he'll look like a complete slob. He usually just throws on whatever he grabs out of his closet, though he has no problem with getting dressed up when it's called for.

Personality
Scott is very outgoing, but isn't a complete party animal. He is usually pretty mellow and takes things in stride. He likes to be where the action is, but he's fine with not having center stage. He doesn't mind being the center of attention, but prefers to be the one who's in charge of determining when he is. He's very easygoing and just loves to have fun.
Scott is extremely trusting of people, sometimes to a fault. He doesn't usually think about what he's saying. Therefore, he can be blunt at times. More often than not, he ends up running off at the mouth where he segues from topic to topic. Random things tend to come out of his mouth and he doesn't realize just how offtopic they are. To him, they're just a topic of conversation. He's also very naive and tends to say things at times that can be understood completely differently from how he meant them.
Even as a child, Scott had no trouble speaking his mind and asking the questions he had. The fact that his family was so open about emotions added to his already outgoing personality. Though his family is very earthy, even they get concerned with how low his standard of living is sometimes. While he does believe in living 'earthy', part of the way he lives probably stems from the fact that he can be lazy.
Scott did well in school, but it wasn't from applying himself. He just seemed to pick up things quickly.
When he was younger and first started becoming interested in the opposite sex, he was quick to exchange affection. He had a couple of girlfriends and friends who he made out with and fooled around with before he decided to experiment with sex. After that experience, if a girl was nice to him and made him feel loved, he was usually so touched that he would be willing to have sex with her, or at least do sexual favors for her, feeling like they had emotionally connected. Even if it was just a small gesture, it was easy for them to get things from him. Due to this fact, he gained a bit of a bad reputation in high school. This left him brokenhearted several times after he slept with a girl who he deeply cared for, only to later find out that she had just used him as a one-night stand. Despite this fact, he still tends to be easy.
It wasn't until he was a senior in high school and Travis started attending college that he realized that he was also interested in guys. Initially he thought it was because with going to different schools the two couldn't hang out as much. Over time he discovered that it was more.

Joe and Lacie were both raised in the Wiccan religion, and so their union seemed natural. Despite their love for eachother, they didn't plan on having children. Therefore, when they became pregnant with a child, they were shocked and initially panicked. However, they soon accepted it as nature's doing. Once they saw how wonderful having a child was they felt blessed to be parents. They were blessed again when they became pregnant around eight years later. They raised their children in the Wiccan religion as well and maintained a 'no yelling' household.
Joe is the one that introduced Scott to marijuana. Scott has a very good relationship with his father, probably partially because his father usually supplies him with his pot.
Even though Charlotte has always very much been his mother, Scott loves his mother very much. While he adores her, he isn't as close to her as he is to his dad and sister.
Scott is very close to his sister. He doesn't mind her watching out for him. In fact, he doesn't even realize that she does it. He's even closer to her now that she's had her baby.
Scott is so ecstatic to have Imogen in his life. He already adores her (in fact he has since she's existed). He is willing to babysit for his sister whenever she needs it, and when he's not babysitting, he pops in to visit the family.
Relationships with other Characters
Bliss Adair - Scott met Bliss orginally through his friend Travis. However, after getting to know her from hanging out with her with Travis, he began to hang out with her on his own. He thinks she's absolutely adorable and even though he's almost always smiling anyway, she manages to bring a smile to his face and warms his heart more than it already is.
Sally Brown - Met her when he lied in the apartment building next to hers. They became close friends and began to share the love. Even though he moved, they kept in touch. He's happy that he lives closer to her again so he can see her more often.
Grayson Cleyburne - The two of them seem to run into eachother a lot as they frequent the same places. While he understands that Cole is heterosexual, Scott still enjoys seeing him - especially at the beach.
Kaitlin Collins - Met her through her cousin Travis, but has since gotten to know her a bit better through interactions, including the Climbing Club. He thinks she's attractive and very friendly and enjoys his time with her.
Riley Collins - He knows her as Travis's sister. He's partied with her and he thinks she's a lot of fun. He wishes she could be happier sometimes.
Travis Collins - He met Travis as a freshman in high school through sports. Due to their easygoing nature, they became fast friends. They remained friends through high school and even into college. After Travis went to college, Scott realized he had a crush on his friend. He likes to give Travis a hard time sometimes, but it's all in good fun.
Linda Davis - He knows her, because she's a frequent customer to Fresh Mex. He loves having chats with her, and thinks she's a very interesting human being and a beautiful spirit.
Filo Felvish - Filo was already living on Oxford when Scott moved in with Ashley. Scott thought it was so sweet of Filo to come over and greet him. He also thinks that it's really cool that 'Filo' rhymes with 'Milo' - the name of his dog.
Shawn Grayson - One of his neighbors when he lived on Oxford Drive.
Isabella Hogan - The two enjoy going to museums together. In fact, that's where they met. When he went to Egypt with some friends of his, he came back and shared with her and showed her photos he had taken while away.
Lauren Jacobsen - Met her in a bar when he was celebrating turning twenty-one. They quickly became friends and then eventually became makeout friends. They haven't taken it further than that.
Ryan King - Scott knows him from the dog park where they both walk their dogs.
Corey Lindaugh - Originally knew him as a customer at the Fresh Mex, but wanted to hang out with him outside of the restaurant. One day in May they got that opportunity when Scott stopped by to see him at the hospital. The two ended up going back to Corey's place and working. While there, they also shared the love.
Micah Lewis - He knows him from the Photo Studio when he goes there to visit Travis. He likes the guy and loves how into photography he is.
Adela Martinez - His boss at the Fresh Mex who he finds very attractive. Since she's his boss though, he figures that he should keep things professional between them. However, it doesn't keep him from admiring her beauty.
Fletcher Montgomery - He has met Fletcher and spoken to him, but he mostly just knows him as a friend of Travis. He thinks the guy is attractive, but doesn't think he has a very good attitude. Got to know him better when Maddy moved in with him. He hopes that tarting to get to know him better.
Aleksei Podolsky - Scott met him through parties and from living on the same block. He thinks the guy is a lot of fun to hang around. It doesn't matter to him that the guy is four years younger than he is. He will also share his alcohol with Al.
Rylee Romsland - Scott met her when he went away with Michel to Egypt and she was one of the people who came along. Scott thought she was really sweet and very attractive. He had a great time getting to know her and became friends with her during the trip and still is friends with her now.
Miko Ronin - He met her on the college campus when they were both taking classes. They are very close friends who have no problems with showing affection with one another.
Estela Russell - He met her while he was sketching outside the Community Center waiting for the Art Club to begin. He thinks she's really sweet and they have made plans for him to paint a nude portrait of her.
Amy Salinger - Scott knows her from taking two of her courses in college: Short Story and Creative Writing. Besides that, he also knows her from around town - the dog park in particular.
Natasha Simons - While they attended school at the same time, Scott didn't meet her until December 2007 at a Christmas party at a mutual friend's house. He thinks she's really sweet and a great dancer. He also thinks it's awesome that she let him have one of her nicknames (Tash).
Sarah Williams - Scott met her when he was on a nature walk. He loves that she's as into Mother Nature as he is. They see eachother around and also call eachother if they hear about Green events going on.
Jonathan Zimmerman - Scott originally knew him from when the guy comes to Fresh Mex and hits on his boss. However, one night when Johnny came and found Adela now there, he started a conversation with Scott instead. Horny, Johnny saw some of Scott's comments and actions as sexual and the two ended up in the bathroom with Scott giving him a blowjob. The two have continued their relationship since then. Everytime Johnny gets satisfaction and sometimes Scott does. Johnny has told Scott that their relationship is a secret, because it will be more special that way.

Nicolette Collins - His friend Travis's mom. He thinks she's a pretty sweet woman overall, though he doesn't always agree with her way of parenting.
Kyra Henry - She was one of Scott's professors in college. He found her class very lively, but it didn't mean that he did all of the work that he should have.
Connie Lindaugh - Met when he lived next door to her on Oxford Drive. They became friends, chatting when they were both outside and then began to hang out together. Being friends with her made it even tougher for Scott to move to a different place.
Jason Styles - Scott met him on the way to the Sullivans' barbecue. The guy has a good sense of humor and isn't uptight, so he's okay in Scott's book. The fact that he is Maddy's stand-in father makes him even more likeable.
Ben Sutton - Ben happened to walk by one day when Scott was painting pictures on his front lawn. The two had a great conversation and even painted and fingerpainted together. Scott thinks he's a lot of fun and finds him very cute.
Sam Woodstoves - Scott knows Sam from going to her pet store a lot. Even before he had a pet of his own, he still enjoyed going in there and speaking to the animals.
