Back In Character |
The part of a post that is written from the character's mind. It is only used after an OOC to show when the actual post is starting

Back Post |
A post from a previous time change. If you haven't wrapped a thread by the time the TC happens, you mark your thread as BP to inform people that it's not in the current TC.

| LOA |
Leave of Absence |
When you're going to be away for a period of time, you take a leave of absence |
| MIA |
Missing in Action |
When a player disappears without informing anyone, they're considered missing in action |
| NPC |
Non-Player Character |
Characters that are not played by any specific person. They're useful to expand a PCs background and give them more connections (i.e. friends, family, roommates, etc). They can be used by anyone in threads, as long as they're kept realistic and in character
