Lauren stands at 5’4 feet tall and weighs around 115 lbs. She is rather petite but doesn’t appear to be sickly. She usually spends any of her free time doing yoga and keeping herself healthy. She has deep brown eyes and long brown hair that goes past her shoulders. Her skin color is a slight tan but would never get it from sitting in a tanning bed. As far as piercings go, she has her ears pierced and her naval. She has no desire to get any more. Lauren has one tattoo on her wrist that says “Fate” and another on the back of her neck of a heart. When it comes to what she likes to wear, it depends on her mood and where she is going. If it is around the house or out to do errands, she will throw on a pair of sweat pants and a tank top and go out. If she is on a date or going out with the girls, she will wear a pair of skinny jeans with a halter top or a dress depending on how fancy the event is.

Personality

Lauren has always thanked her father for most of her good qualities. She has always been a patient person and is usually always kind. She likes to see the best in people until they screw it up. She is rather “bubbly” and has the type of personality that lights up a room. She would definitely define herself as a girly-girl but she doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty every now and then. She would describe herself as a leader and would do anything to help out her friends or family. Lauren is reliable and a good friend.

Besides having good qualities, she has a few bad ones. Because she likes to see the best in people, this makes her naive and vulnerable to getting hurt. She can be a bitch when she wants to be and when she is, people should stay away. It is her defense mechanism and sometimes her way of closing people out. Lauren has had a few bad relationships which makes her shy away from relationships until she really gets to know someone. Lauren also has a wild side and has a problem of drinking when she is upset.

	50	Troy Jacobsen He is a construction manager who lives out of town with her mother. They moved from Pleasant Port when Lauren went off to college. They have a rather good relationship and he has always offered Lauren his support and love through any of the difficulties in her life. She misses him most of all.
	43	Kristin Jacobsen She was a stay at home mother and moved with Lauren’s father after she went to college. They live two hours away from Pleasant Port. She isn’t very close to her mother since she thinks she is controlling. Crystal wants Lauren to have the same life she had and anything less isn’t good enough. She imposes her thoughts and advice when it isn’t wanted. She is trying to fix their broken relationship.

	Lauren met Ben during one of her summer breaks from college. The two have become really close and are even shopping buddies. She feels comfortable telling him almost anything and likes getting his opinion on men.
	Lauren met Fletcher at a bar in the summer of 2005. The two ended up sleeping together on two different occasions. She saw him again on October 29th 2007. The two hung out and talked at Fletcher's job. She enjoys his company and ended up giving him her number so they could hang out again.
	Lauren met Scott at a bar in 2006 and they are 'make out' friends. It hasn't gone further than that. She loves spending time with Scott because he always seems to be in a good mood.
	Lauren was at the Ocean View bar alone and bored on October 30th 2007. She struck up conversation with him and the two ended up going back to his house. He is the first person she has slept with since being back in town. She later regrets the experience because he is as old as her mother.
	Lauren met Linda at Smart Fitness. The two talked about work, home-life, and other topics. Lauren thinks she is a really sweet woman and hopes to get to know her better.
	Lauren simply knows him from coming into Cafe Atlantique.
	Lauren knows Justin through working at the Leisure Club. She thinks that he seems like a great guy.
	Lauren met Luke during one of her shifts. The two flirted back and forth and agreed on meeting up to play pool.
	Lauren and Georgina became friends through meeting at Georgina's shop. She loves the products and it gave the two girls something to connect over. Ever since, the two have been reasonably good friends.
	Lauren doesn't know Saleisha very well. She knows her through her sister, Isabel since they both go to the community college located in Pleasant Port.
	Lauren met Cole back in June 2007 when she came back to town after graduating from college. He was one of the first people she connected with. They met at the beach close to Cole's house. At Cole's Christmas party on December 24th, they kissed for the first time and he asked her out on a date. She is starting to take a liking for him even more so now that he is showing some feelings for her as well. He's the first guy she has actually felt comfortable opening up with in a long time. They had been spending a lot of time together and went on their first date. Everything was perfect until Cole confesses that he kissed Jackie Saunders the night before. She is extremely hurt and does not know if she can get past it. She has since forgiven him and the two made up by having sex for the first time. The two go together to the masquerade party at the Leisure Club on New Year's Eve. He declares to the whole ballroom that Lauren is his 'girlfriend' and the two spend a romantic night together as they ring in the new year.
	Lauren met Billie on Christmas Eve at the sex shop. She needed advice picking out the perfect gift for Isabel and Billie had offered some helpful suggestions.
