Family 

	Kayla's parents, Rupert and Lisa, used to run a farm on the outskirts of Pleasant Port.  They're a very traditional and old fashioned couple.  The family has been divided since Kayla's younger brother, Brendan, came out of the closet.  Kayla has attempted to bridge the rift that has developed between her parents and brother, but has yet to have any success.  The two retired and sold their farm in 1997, moving to Stanton Hills.
	Kayla's elder sister, Michelle, was three years older than her.  When she was 16 Michelle was diagnosed with a glioma in her brainstem and died shortly after.  It was because of the deat that Kayla and Brendan became close for the first time.
	Kayla's younger brother, Brendan. The two get along, as long as some things - like their parents and Brendan's sexuality - aren't mentioned.
	Kayla's husband, Stewart.  Despite his flaws, she loves him very much and considers him to be everything that she could ask for.  She remains rather oblivious to the fact that he is completely whipped by her.
