Appearance
Justin is almost 6' and therefore will just say that he is. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. He doesn't worry too much about where his hair goes and sometimes won't even bother to comb it when he gets out of bed. He prefers not to dress up and so he won't unless he is forced to for some event. Like his father, he uses glasses for reading, though he'll usually try to avoid using them. He has scars on his body from years of playing sports, not to mention the normal cuts kids get from activity. He has a bar piercing in each of his nipples. He currently has no tattoos, but is looking into getting one.

Personality
Justin's personality changes based on his interaction with the people around him. While he can be a nice guy, he has no problem with giving someone attitude if he thinks they deserve it. He hates the fact that people associate him with his father. So if people judge him based on his dad, he shuts them out quickly. It doesn't matter if the association is favorable or not, he still wants nothing to do with people who judge him based on his dad. Of course, he's not above using the fact that his dad is rich and powerful to get attention and get girls. He likes to rebel against his dad, but will usually only go so far. He sometimes just likes to push his limits.
Justin grew up in a world where it seemed like everything was given to him. That was just the way it felt being the son of two powerful and rich parents. When he was really little he loved it. But as he grew older, it started to bother him. He went through the phase when he was younger when he looked up and wanted to spend time with his father, but his father wasn't there to spend time with him. Instead, he'd just get money or presents thrown at him. Though Justin loves the money, he hates it at the same time.
There was also treatment he got from other students in school. Some wanted to be his friend just because he had money and power through his parents. Others wanted nothing to do with him because they thought he was a spoiled rich snob. However, between those two groups, Justin was able to make a few friends with those who looked past his parents and enjoyed spending time with him *for him*. He has always loved playing sports and being active. Although he'd love it if his dad had actually ever come to a game of his, he's still proud of himself for his accomplishments. He's always been thankful that he's had Norah to be there for support in the absence of his parents. And he supports her as well. But while Justin tries to convince himself that he doesn't care about his father's approval, deep down it's a complete lie.
Justin grew up in a world where it felt like everything was given to him. However, maybe the one thing that wasn't given to him - or his sister - was time from their parents. While maybe they're mother was slightly involved, neither one of them really seemed concerned about their children. Justin felt like the only attention he ever got was when his father was telling him the proper way to behave as a Parker man. So, as a child, though he hated it, he behaved accordingly. As he got older, he began to rebel against it, but always tried to hide it. The fact that his parents weren't very 'hands-on' made it easier for him to break some rules.
Through it all, he had his little sister Norah. He's protective of her. However, though he's concerned for her, he tries not to be overbearing. He appreciates the fact that she's been to every game he's played and he's returned the favor by going to all of her art functions. While she might drive him crazy at times - as siblings are supposed to - he still loves her very dearly.
Justin has never really had a relationship with his father. While he wants to be nothing like his father, there is a part of him that wants to be exactly like his father.
His mother doesn't have time for him either, but it feels like she's been more present in their lives then their father. Justin has been glad that his mom could at least make some important games he's played, even if it's been only a couple.
Justin adores his sister and is very close to her. He appreciates the fact that she is the only family member that will come to all of his games, and he returns the favor by going to all of our art shows. Even though they are close, they are not without their fights.
Relationships with other Characters
Scott Archer - He knows the guy a bit through Ashley since she's friends with him. He thinks the guy is a little strange, but doesn't really mind him. However, he didn't trust the guy around Ashley and he doesn't really trust him around Saleisha.
Saleisha Factor - Justin met her through Norah when the two semi-befriended eachother in high school. Now that they are both in college, he sees her around and has seen her in a few of his classes. The fact that she comes from the other side of the tracks is part of his draw to her, but it goes beyond that. He loves the way she enjoys life and wishes he could be that way too. He was thrilled (and slightly embarrassed) when she asked him out in early November. He's now dating her and there is discussion of him moving in with her.
Musette Gowan - One of his neighbors. He thinks she's pretty nice and he enjoys chatting with her when he sees her. However, it does freak him out a bit that she's a psychologist.
Lucas Jenkins - Ashley's ex-boyfriend. He feels guilty because he slept with Ashley while she was dating Lucas. Overall, he thinks the guy seems pretty nice. Even though he doesn't think he's the cause of their breakup, Justin still feels bad for sleeping with Ashley, who was dating Lucas at the time. Has recently moved in with Lucas part-time to help Lucas pay for living in a house, partly to get out of his home and partly to relieve some of the guilt he's feeling.
Ryan King - One of his neighbors. He has conversations with him when they happen to run into eachother.
Adela Martinez - Justin mostly knows her as the woman who owns the Fresh Mex. However, since his sister worked on a mural there, he has gotten to know her a little bit better.
Luke Questal - Justin met him at the Pumpkin Fest. He enjoyed spending some time there with a person who didn't want to be there either. Justin finds the guy likable. It's cool hanging out with someone who is older, but not old. Justin hopes that he can be that carefree when he gets to be Luke's age.
Anthony Feller - A man that works for his father. At first Justin wasn't sure what to make of him. But now that he's become used to Anthony doing things with him that his father should be, he's become a normal part of life for Justin. He is used to being dumped on Anthony, but still doesn't trust the man enough to fully open up to him.
Other Characters speak about Justin
Gabriel Parker: "I'd like Justin to be like me. I know he can do it, he has enough personality and charm, but he needs to work in his manipulation skills. There's a lot of potential inside of him".
Norah Parker: "I love my brother, he's my best friend and my biggest fan."
Alanna Campbell: "He's so hot and special, that I'm afraid all the girls in town will realize about it and I'll have to fight against all of them".
Luke Questal: (Shrugging his shoulders) "What do you want me to say about him? I only talked to him once. Yeah, we shared a joint, but I can't remember half of the conversation we had. He seemed lost, or bored, or... Hell, I don't know, he's young, he's cool, and the fact that he accepted the joint without complaining makes me think he's a great guy. We need more people in this town that are not scared of trying new things".

Dislikes: people who are too uptight, people who judge him based on his parents, dressing formally, the idea of eating crap just because it's supposedly the 'dignified' thing to do, reading, feeling controlled, astroturf and other forms of fake nature
