Before His Birth

June 1, 1938	John's mother, Agnes Summers, is born.
September 7, 1938	John's father, Steven Zimmerman, is born.
September 30, 1956	Steven and Agnes marry.

1960’s

April 18, 1964	Jonathan Zimmerman is born.
	John is baptised.

1970’s

1971	John goes to confession for the first time. A week later, he participates in his first communion.
1978	John begins dating Celeste. He finally works up the nerve to kiss her on their third date.
	John participates in his confirmation.

1980’s

1980	John and Celeste have sex for the first time. He is instantly a fan of the activity.
1981	John tries pot for the first time. While he really enjoys it, Celeste doesn't like the way he is while stoned, so he stops.
1982	John and Celeste graduate from high school, marrying on July 12, just days after she turns 18.
1983	John drops out of college and begins working at the Department Store full time.
1986	Celeste finishes school and gets a job as a nurse.
1988	John and Celeste begin seeing fertility specialists about their inability to conceive.
1989	John begins smoking pot again, even going on to experiment with other drugs on occasion, doing his best to hide his activities from Celeste.

1990’s

1990	John begins cutting.
1992	Celeste moves out and files for divorce.
1993	John attempts suicide.
	While trying to get his life back together, John decides it's time to begin having sex again. Not ready for dating, he turns to Estela, the younger sister of a friend, who he knows has a crush on him. Allowing the girl to think that he actually has feelings for her, the two begin a short lived sexual relationship. Before long, however, Jacob finds out about the affair and reveals John's true nature to Estela, causing the whole thing to end.
April 12, 1994	Celeste marries Daniel Feddeck.
March 4, 1995	Celeste and Daniel have a son, Terry Feddeck.
1996	Victor Factor dies. As a result, Agnes begins sending John over to the Factor home to help the family out. After what Agnes considers to be a respectable mourning period, she begins encouraging John to begin a relationship with the widow, Tatiana, although she attempts to do so subtly.
1997	John begins sleeping with Tatiana.
November 11, 1998	Celeste and Daniel have a son, Sidney Feddeck.
1999	John and Tatiana end things and she becomes serious with another man.

2000’s

2000	John’s father, Steve, dies of pancreatic cancer.
	John moves into his mother's home to take care of her.
2002	John begins sleeping with Nicolette Collins.
2003	After Tatiana ends things with her boyfriend, she starts things up with John once more.
	Towards the end of the year, John begins sleeping with Billie Strummer
May, 2004	John begins sleeping with Quinn Aulesio
2005	John begins seeing Adela Martinez.
	Tatiana is diagnosed with cancer, causing her to completely the sexual relationship she has with John. While the two no longer have sex, John still stops by regularly to help her out.
	Without realizing it, John begins sleeping exclusively with Adela.
2006	Once he realizes that the two are all but out right dating, John ends things with Adela.
	John begins sleeping with Linda Davis.

2007

February 14	John begins sleeping with Jenka Walton-D'Aubigne.
February 16	John’s affair with Scott Archer begins.
April 27	John’s brief affair with Alyssa Bennett begins.
September	John gets drunk and sleeps with Scott.
	Agnes' health weakness a week after John sleeps with Scott. She dies in her sleep at 4 AM, September 30. John blames his activities with Scott.
October 27	John attempts to hook up with Nicolette in the dressing room at the department store. However, he fails to perform and while it could be the result of drugs and alcohol, John chooses to assume that it's God's continued attempts at punishing him.
October 29	Through the aid of Viagra, John has sex with Linda. After wards, being both too tired and drunk to leave, he sleeps at her place. It's the first time he sleeps in a woman's bed since he ended things with Adela.
November 1	John runs into Scott and, despite the fact that he is sure it's wrong, ends up sleeping with him again.
	After sleeping with Scott, John phones up Linda in an attempt to make himself feel better about the whole situation. She ends up coming over, and the two try to have sex, but John fails to perform. In the middle of a freak out about the whole thing, he confesses to Linda about his affair with another man.
November 2	Upon waking up and realizing all that had happened the day before, John decides to attempt suicide by drinking the better part of a bottle of gin and swallowing a bunch of pills left over from when his mother was alive. He fails however, but only because Linda wakes up and calls 9-1-1.
November 3	John is visited in the hospital by Luke Questal. After his friend breaks down a bit, John realizes that he needs to get his life together.
November 4	John is sent to a psychatric institution and put on a watch because of his suicide attempt.
December 4	After a month in the institute John returns home. He finds that Luke has moved into his house, but doesn't complain.
December 24	Having had his hair cut and dyed numerous times in the twenty days since returning to Pleasant Port, John decides to get his chest waxed by Linda. It is an experience that he decides to never partake in again. During the waxing, John almost apologizes for his suicide attempt, and Linda says that she forgives him. After calling her by her name instead of Sugar, he asks her out on a real date, and she says yes.
December 28	John and Linda go out on their first real date. Despite the two of them breaking all of the traditional date rules - including going so far as to discuss the possibility of him sleeping with another woman - it goes well, leaving John optimistic for the future.
December 29	Luke announces that he's leaving town, having been offered work in Las Vegas. While he does his best to hide it, the news crushes John.
December 31	John and Linda have a second date, to his great pleasure. Afterwards he isn't really sure what happened - all he remembers is lots of alcohol.

2008

January 1	In the middle of a rather intense hang-over John is inturrupted by Luke at the front door. His friend has returned to Pleasant Port and needs a place to stay. While John tries to hide it, he is extremely glad to have Luke back in town.
May 23	While eating Chinese food and watching bad television after work, Luke and John have their usual discussions about nothing. The conversation takes a turn for the worse though when Luke mentions the idea of him hooking up with Linda. While he denies it to himself, the idea causes feelings of jealousy to flair up in him.
May 25	After church John and Linda go back to her place and get stoned. After reflecting on a number of things, he ends up telling her that she's the only person he is sleeping with.
	John's road hockey team loses their first game of the tournament and no longer qualify for the rest of the tournament.
May 27	John surprises Linda at home with Chinese food. The conversation that follows includes him admitting that if he ever gets bored of her, he'll probably move on.
