Some would think he is homosexual or a bit weird.  But he isn’t any of those things he is just a very unique person.  He does his very best not to get upset over little things and always ignores the things that aren’t his problems.  He loves his daughter very much and all he wants more than anything is her happiness.  Gareth is a kind and open hearted man and very spiritual; he loves people and enjoys entertaining them, by acting or singing.  Gareth loves traveling and learning new things and different cultures in different places.   He's a very good rock singer.  He enjoys writing music and coming up with new sounds for him and his band.  They still play some of their old songs from the time they started this band up to today’s’ modern music.  Gareth also likes to do some acting as well.  And he doesn’t care what part he plays as longest he has fun doing so. 

But some times his spirit does break and he becomes depressed and worried.  He worries for himself and his daughter’s well being.  He do anything to protect her and to see her happy.  Gareth is the kind of guy who will go out of his way no matter how ill or badly injured he can get he will ignore his needs till his family and friends are happy and safe. 

Other than that, he enjoys his role of being a father, and legendary rock singer.  But he does hold certain secrets from his daughter.  He hates to see her get all worked up on his health if it suddenly fails.  But Like father like daughter he was just as stubborn as she is.  He couldn’t tell her if he was dying and this time there was no chances of getting better again.

Personal History

February 19 1950 Gareth was born in Great Britain but after he turned 15 in 1965 he and his family moved to London. 1968 At age 18 he started a band in high school with some of his buddies, and they called themselves Garry and the Rhapsodies.  After graduation they did some small gigs at some small pubs and bars, till they were discovered in the end of 1969.  In the beginning of 1970, they produce their very first ground breaking album and pretty much made it big.  1972 is when he met Sarah’s mom in London got married and produce 2 more ground breaking records in 1975. 

On June 24^th of 1977 he became a proud father of Sarah Williams.  But her mother died giving birth.  After 6 months in 1978 of his wife’s death Gareth produced a dedication album in honor of his first wife.  Between 1978 and 1979 Gareth did some acting. Soon was the popular 80’s aura and he was working on 5 more albums and doing tours on the road. A few more movies as well. At the same time Gareth raised Sarah all on his own, which of course with some help from his buddies from the band and their wives.  In 1992 Gareth met another woman while on tour.  They got married no later than the earliest of 1993 Sarah was 16 at the time and she was very happy for him. 1993 – 1998 he did more acting and was able to have a bit of time to see his daughter graduate with honors of class ‘94.  He offered her to go with him on his tour for the summer while she figures if she wants to start college or not.

 1995 Sarah met her husband while attending college. 1996 of August.  Gareth threw Sarah a big wedding.   Then came 2000 he was diagnosed with Leukemia and thought to move to Pleasant port due to better chances of surviving with their medical resources than London. Gareth thought this was the end of his music career with his band and he thought to retired and made one last album.  After 5 long years of battling the cancer he was finally able to be himself again.  And for 2 years still going strong and no longer fights the battle anymore.  He is clean.   Now has his daughter Sarah living with him since 2005 after her sudden divorce after almost 9 years of marriage. But 2006 his wife leaves him for a younger gentlemen and moves back to London.   Gareth was fine by it and was happy to let her go.  Now it’s just him and Sarah in Pleasant Port.  He also reunited with his band is now going back on tour.  To make one last album together, and he is secretly dedicated this album in honor of his daughter Sarah.

Use to be in a rock band called Garry and the Rhapsodies but is retired.  Due to his condition he had to retired but after 5 years of fighting it and no longer is ill and now clean for 2 years he is now back on the road with his band.  But after he finally retires for good he’ll be teaching  free music and acting at a the local community Center.

Life

Activities: Sits out on his front porch in his chair, he reads, writes or smokes.  Some times just have a casual conversation with his daughter and even make up funny stories with her.  Some times when he is alone he gets in his mini cooper and rides around town, to the super market or goes to a movie.  He also makes gourmet meals.  But lately he’s been out of town doing his last run around with his band making one more album.
