Note: keep in mind that this happens during this time change. If your character is living in a risk area, you can also assume he got evacuated during the night so it won't affect the theads you're into, or play it within the thread.

• Towns engineering department and town volunteers will watch along the river to communicate the earliest occurrence of it overflowing.
• During the night the highest risk areas of the town will be evacuated by the police and the streets blocked off.

Risk areas are: Salem Road (which is by the river), Boardwalk, Victoria Road and the farms. Everybody living in any of those locations is going to be evacuated tonight, with no exceptions.

• The Electrical Plant, Water Plant, and hospital will be checked up by the fireman department to make sure they cannot be damaged by the flood.
• The Community Center will be set up as an emergency center for all those displaced by the flood.
