Elise looks a lot like her older brother, Corbin. She has pale green eyes, and a pale compelxion. She does tan easily, a trait that sets her apart from the rest of her family. She is of average height and weight, and her style is comfortable. Her favourite colour to wear is black, although she does have a few articles of bright clothes that she will wear. Her passion is shoes. She has a very small scar on her left eyebrow, which is hardly noticable. It was from an altercation in an alley. She has very long black hair, and loves to wear makeup.

Elise is incredibly flighty, and hates confrontation. She doesn't like to argue with people, although she loves to talk. She speaks English very well, due to her secondary education. She is a huge people person, and enjoys meeting new people, although it does make her anxious sometimes. She isn't very shy, but will reserve herself around others before she gets to know them. She trusts people too easily, and is often hurt by words that weren't meant to harm her. She is passionate about everything she does. Elise fled France after being married for two years, afraid of her husband, and divorced him before she came. She trusted him too easily, and he turned out to be completely different from what she thought he would be. She is a terrible judge of character. All a person needs to do is offer her a few kind words, and she will instantly call them a friend.

Elise grew up in France with her family. She led a very interesting childhood. She and her brother Corbin were always out on adventures, exploring the countryside and abandoned houses. The two were the best of friends, and rarely inseperable.

As the children grew older, Elise became fascinated with different cultures. In school, she excelled, and was always trying to learn something new. She became fluent in Italian and English. She does know bits and pieces of other languages, but not enough to carry a civilized conversation. She and her brother began to grow apart.

When she was 22, Elise met an Italian businessman, Lorenzo Costa. She admired his determination and drive, and the two dated for two years before he proposed. Her father, Remi, sensed something was wrong, but bit his tongue as he didn't want to spoil Elise's dreams. Elise and Lorenzo were married on April 21st, and she could not have been happier.

Strange things began to happen after the young couple were married. Lorenzo would disappear for days on end with no explination. When he returned to their home in Naples, Italy; Lorenzo would offer new gifts to Elise in lieu of apology. While he was away, she began to study dance, specifically ballet. She was drawn to the fluid movemtns of the dancers, and with her eagerness to learn, Elise caught on quickly.

Although things seemed fine on the outside, her marriage was strained. Lorenzo, in their second year of marriage, began to leave her at home for weeks at a time. On one particular outing, Elise and her inquisitiveness began to snoop around Lorenzo's office. What she found there shocked her to the very core. Quickly, before he even returned, she fled back to France.

Elise stayed at her parent's home for a short time, and then continued to live with friends for the next six months. Lorenzo eventually hunted her down, and demanded an explination she couldn't give. Although it broke her heart, she filed for divorce.

After the divorce was final, Lorenzo continued to seduce Elise. She was a sucker for beautiful Italian words, and promises that he could never fulfill. After learning of her brother's death, and his wife moving back to her home town, Elise was quick to call Jenka and finally left the country to begin anew in Pleasant Port.

Elise is Jenka's sister-in-law, by marriage. She is Corbin's sister. Her parents still reside in Versailles, and she is very much her father's daughter. Her brother is dead.
