David cares about everyone he meets. He likes to make friends wherever he goes, and is the type of person that if someone isn't having fun, he will go out of his way to make sure that they are. In high school, he was voted as the class clown. David cares more about others than his own self, although he does have insecurities. He is afraid of dying alone, and not having a family. 

Personal History

David grew up in a very happy home, with many siblings. That's where he thinks he gets his love of people. There was always someone around to entertain or to talk to. He had a normal childhood, he enjoyed playing football and baseball with his brothers.

When he graduated high school, his father asked him to join the family business as a banker. He attended California State University, and after graduating, began to work at a local bank.

When he met Maddy Baker, they were on the beach at Coronado Island, outside of San Diego. She had a baby with her, and his dog had gotten free from the leash, and came over to investigate. Immediately, he felt drawn to her, and began talking to her. After three weeks of meeting, talking, and hanging out, they began to date. It was three months into their relationship that he realized that he was falling in love with her. When Maddy decided to move back to her home town, David spoke with his dad about transferring. David didn't tell her that he was transferring his job, instead he said that he was offered a position in the same town, and if she wanted, he would move with her. The day before they left, he told her that he loved her, and the two began their trek to Pleasant Port.
