Appearance
Charlotte is 5'6" and is small framed. She has fairly short blond hair and warm green eyes. She dresses very 'earthy', such as flowing skirts, tank tops, moccasins. However, she can also be comfortable in anything.
One month after labor, Charlotte is still a little chubby in cheek, but her exercise regimen during pregancy seems to have somewhat paid off.
Personality
Charlotte is a very peaceful person. While the idea of balance in nature and having a peaceful environment is new to her husband, she has lived that way all of her life. It's important for her to have harmony in her home and in her work place. But if she's going out, it doesn't upset her to have her harmony out of sync. Charlotte loves to laugh, and really loves to make people happy. She is also a firm believer in karma, and does her best to help those in need, in case she ever needed help, herself. Nothing tragic or terrible has ever happened to her, and she's led a reasonably normal life. She doesn't like to go out to clubs, she'd prefer a book club to a dance club, or a coffee shop to a bar. Charlotte's one of those 'green' people. She recycles and buys organic.
Charlotte is just one of those down to earth friendly people. She's very friendly to everyone she meets, and has an extensive memory. She'll remember the name of your dog, or remember that your favorite cookies are macadamia nut and raisin.
Charlotte has a natural talent for leading others toward learning and self-discovery. She truly believes that every person can find and reach their potential if only they believe in themselves and have someone else to believe in them too. She routinely looks for the best in the people around her, and communicates clearly that each one of them has untold potential. Sometimes this confidence can inspire the people she meets to grow and develop more than they ever thought possible. And sometimes people simply find her overwhelming confidence in humanity strange and naive.
Regardless, Charlotte considers people her highest priority, and she instinctively communicates personal concern and a willingness to become involved wherever she feels she might be needed. Warmly outgoing extremely expressive, she is remarkably good at communicating with others in an honest and forthright manner. It might be this deep down honesty that makes her such a popular palm reader. She doesn't have the air of mystery that many self-proclaimed psychics use. She simply lays the cards, views the lines, and reports, offering wisdom and comfort whenever needed.
Charlotte likes things in her life to be settled and organized, and will schedule her work hours and important social engagements well ahead of time--and she is absolutely trustworthy in honoring these commitments. And in between those scheduled hours and planned events, she's happy to follow the road where it takes her-- whether its a long, leisurely walk around her hometown, a bikeride out to the countryside, or simply puttering around in her garden.
Valuing interpersonal cooperation and harmonious relations, Charlotte is extraordinarily tolerant of others and very easy to get along with. In fact, it's almost harder to not be her friend than it is to simply give in and welcome her generosity.
Charlotte has always been highly sensitive to others, her intuition very well developed. Her insight into herself and others is unparalleled. She can read other people with uncanny accuracy. It's not a trick or ESP. She simply, from a very young age, has taken a great deal of pleasure from watching the people around her and discovering things about them through observation. Charlotte will often identify with others quite easily, and will actually find herself picking up on the characteristics, emotions, and beliefs of those around them. And because she slips almost unconsciously into other people's skin in this way, she feels closely connected with those around her, and thus shows a sincere interest in the joys and problems of her employees, clients, and loved ones.
Personal History
Charlotte took to the Wiccan beliefs of her family like a fish to water. Ever since she was a little girl, she's taken the rights and responsibilities of her heritage very seriously. She integrates her religion into the way she and Chris live, but she does not force it upon other people.
In school, she was a teacher's favorite. She always had her work in on time and she had an amazing capacity for holding vast amounts of information in her mind. She was never competitive or out to prove anything. Charlotte has always had a passion for knowledge of all kinds, stemming from her deep need to understand and relate to the world around her. She never looked at school as something that she was required to do, but instead considered it a place to learn and grow into the person she had yet to become.
When she graduated high school, she was left at loose ends. She went to college close to home because she didn't want to be far from her family, and she enjoyed the time she spent there and what she learned, but she couldn't seem to find something she was truly passionate about outside of her own blooming love and understanding of the world around her. She started working as a secretary at a graphic design firm, where she met Chris, and suddenly her life's shape started to take form for her. She fell in love and became a wife and all the years she'd striven for harmony and peace finally came to fruition. Then, in 2006, Kaitlyn Whittaker sold her Wiccan store to Charlotte, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Recent History:
On September 18th, 2007, Charlotte gave birth to her daughter, Imogen Amaryllis Miller, at 6:23AM in a birthing pool in the backyard of her home on Oxford Street. In attendance were her midwife Martha Lynn Pickett, her husband Chris, and her brother Scott.
Does she live alone? No - lives with her husband and her daughter Imogen. His brother moved out in January of 2007.
Lives in town since: She was born.
Transportation
Before the pregnancy, in the summer and fall, she rode a Trek Life XO 1.
Now Chris drives her into the store or wherever else she needs to go, but she misses the freedom of just getting on her bike and being out in the open air. Now, she hopes to be able to get a few good rides in before the winter storms.
Family Background
Joe and Lacie were both raised in the Wiccan religion, and so their union seemed natural. Despite their love for eachother, they didn't plan on having children. Therefore, when they became pregnant with a child, they were shocked and initially panicked. However, they soon accepted it as nature's doing. Once they saw how wonderful having a child was they felt blessed to be parents. They were blessed again when they became pregnant around eight years later. They raised their children in the Wiccan religion as well and maintained a 'no yelling' household.
Charlotte likes Brian, and though she sometimes worries for him, she knows that he'll find his way.

Wicca
People often think that Wiccans are evil people, and that they worship Satan, and want to kill everyone. Wiccan morality is largely based on the Wiccan Rede: An it harm none, do what ye will, which is usually interpreted as a declaration of the freedom to act, along with the necessity of taking responsibility for what follows from one's actions and minimising harm to oneself and others. Another common element of Wiccan morality is the Law of Threefold Return which holds that whatever benevolent or malevolent actions a person performs will return to that person with triple force.
Many Wiccans also seek to cultivate a set of eight virtues mentioned in Doreen Valiente's Charge of the Goddess, these being mirth, reverence, honour, humility, strength, beauty, power and compassion. In Valiente's poem, they are ordered in pairs of complementary opposites, reflecting a dualism that is common throughout Wiccan philosophy. Some lineaged Wiccans also observe a set of 161 laws, commonly called the Ardanes. Valiente, one of Gardner's original high priestesses, argued that these rules were most likely invented by Gardner himself in mock-archaic language as the by-product of inner conflict within his Bricket Wood coven.
