Cassie has light blue/grey eyes with contrasting dark hair that she usually keeps long. It's normally auburn but in the summer it tends to turn a more reddish color due to the sun. She's of average height, standing at 5'5", and has a slender build.
Most people tend to think she's a dark person because she can quite often be found wearing a lot of black, but it's not for any particular reason other that the fact that she likes the color. Her style of dress is very casual, usually opting for t-shirts and jeans with sneakers or sandals. Once in a while she'll dress up, but it doesn't happen often. The same goes for make-up. She rarely wears any, and if Cassie does, it's only powder and lip gloss. She's not a girly-girl, and it shows.
The one thing she doesn't like about herself is her feet. For someone of average height and as slim as she is, she does have big feet, wearing anywhere from a 9 to 9.5 size in shoes.

Personality
Cassie's a no bullshit type of girl, usually telling everything like it is and not beating around the bush to protect someones feelings. It annoys even herself but she has the tendency to forget to think before she opens her mouth and speaks. She's impulsive, witty, and somewhat defensive until she gets to know someone really well. There's this tough exterior that she has, but those who know her are aware it's just a shielded reaction brought on by people who she isn't comfortable around.
On the other side of her somewhat prominent attitude, she's a very sweet person. Once Cassie gets to know you, she's a loyal friend, doing anything for those that she cares about.
Although she'd never admit it, and her lack of effort with her appearance would prove otherwise, she's highly self-conscious at times. Those times can be counted as the very few moments when she ever appears shy.
Personal History
Her Timeline
Cassie was born in Boston, Massachusetts to Linda Davis and Jackson O'Neal. She got to know her father for only a few short years before he suddenly left by the time she was four years old. Since that time she remembers random odd things about him; that he called her CJ - a nickname she loved when she was little but grew to hate - always smelled like cinnamon gum and took her out for ice cream on the weekends. His voice, however, is something that she can't recollect at all. Several years have gone by with her not trying to get in contact with him for the simple fact that she thinks that if he does want to talk to her, he'll reach out first. Her mother's unwillingness to explain what happened and why things ended up the way they did made her grew up blaming her mom for the absence of a father figure. That absence is what she conveniently blamed her problems on when she was younger.
She was outgoing and rebellious and hung out with wrong crowd of friends by the time she was fourteen, something that Linda had absolutely no control over. Or, didn't care to control. It wasn't until after an incident where she woke up half dressed after passing out in the bathroom of a friend's basement and the story got around that her mother realized things needed to change. They packed up and moved to Pleasant Port, a smaller town for a fresh start. The people she hung out with were quickly forgotten. She didn't call, and they didn't rush at the chance to keep in touch. At first Cassie obviously wasn't thrilled, but it turned out that the new crowd and the mentality of the place changed her for the better.
While in high school she started working at the Pancake House for the sole reason that she wanted to save money and move out of her mother's apartment as soon as possible. Sometime after graduating - and not going to college which Linda couldn't stand or understand - she got a second job at Chiwel Jewelry, where she met Farrah Covington. The job didn't last long but the two remained friends. By the age of 22, she finally found a place, and along with Farrah and Micah Lewis, a good friend she met in high school, the three moved into the house. Not long after they got settled, a friend of Micah's that he worked with, Dana Jenkins, moved in as well.
Cassie didn't date much after moving into the town. There was a few boyfriends but nothing that could even remotely come close to being called serious. It wasn't until around New Year's Eve of 2006 that Micah admitted to loving her. She knew she loved him back, as a friend, and was willing to try out a relationship with him. Since then, she's been in love with him and they've grown into something more.
During 2007 there were a lot of changes in her life. Her friendship with Fletcher Montgomery, a guy she met in 2006, brought on a few problems. And in February, Micah was in a serious car accident. She changed around her schedule during the time he was in the hospital and when he first got home so she could spend most of her time taking care of him. A few months later, their roommate Dana Jenkins moved out of the house and into her boyfriend's apartment.
Once summer rolled around, and it became clear that things were continuing to change with Farrah stating that she moving out as well, Micah convinced Cassie to leave the house on Oxford behind and move into a smaller place. They got an apartment on Farmer's Avenue and have since settled in there.

Personality Profile Based on Colorgenics
Enough is enough - and you feel that you've had enough for a while. You don't need any more battles. You would just like to be able to shout 'stop' and experience a little peace and calm - even if it be only for a little while. This doesn't mean that you need to cut yourself off from the rest of the world, it just means that you are seeking some respite, some physical or emotional relaxation that could release some of the tension and possibly reduce the internal conflict.
You are a true extrovert, frivolous and outgoing. You need to feel in control of any situation. If matters are not proceeding according to plan you tend to get extremely irritable and perhaps become difficult to live with.
Compromise is the name of the game at this time and it is the only way you can avoid being deprived of the love and affection you so rightly deserve - so soften up a little, be flexible.
You need a friend - a close friend - and you are willing to become emotionally involved with the right person, but you are very demanding and particular in your choice of partners. You are constantly looking for reassurance and it is perhaps because of this that you tend to be somewhat argumentative, but you try to hold back - careful to avoid open conflict - since this might reduce your prospects of realizing your hopes of establishing a warm, caring relationship.
Perhaps in the distant past your trust and belief in your fellow man was misplaced and you can now no longer accept anything as it appears to be. You are untrusting and you insist that before you commit yourself to anything, you examine the pros and cons with critical discrimination. The situation has now progressed to one where you are apt to disagree yet not make any form of constructive criticism to every suggestion that may be put to you. As a result you are in limbo. There is a saying that goes 'The past does not equal tomorrow.' Think about it - and let go.
