Style: Belicia's style is less urban than her sister's (meaning basically not at all) and when she was younger, it had more of a rocker/grunge influence. Sometimes she would dye her hair when the mood struck her. Now, she tends to have more of the scholarly look to her.

Personality

Belicia is naturally smart which has led to her being nicknamed Belle-i-pedia by her siblings. She retains information easily and can often be found with her head stuck in a book, most well beyond her grade level. This could initially lead those who meet her for the first time to believe that she is a nerd or a geek and that this would be the group she would associate with at school. However, Belicia's other interests outside of her studies have allowed her to fit into many groups. Despite growing up in her sister's basketball shadow, she has proven to be a decent leader both on and off the court to her teammates. Her interests in the arts have also allowed for her involvement in the drama club and the art club.

In many ways, Belicia is still trying to discover her true self. While she hasn't lived the most charmed life, she has been sheltered from many of the hardships that her sister had to endure. Thus, she is still naive to some of the ways of the world. In other words, she has the book smarts, but she sometimes lacks the real experience.

When it comes to interacting with the opposite sex, Belicia can be painfully awkward, as no amount of book learning and intelligence has been able to adequately prepare her for how to act around them and she innocently assumes that guys her age are not interested in smart girls like her.

The Factor family moved to Pleasant Port from New York City shortly after her birth of Belicia's older sister, Saleisha. Victor and Tatiana came from uninspired backgrounds and lacked the education for higher end jobs. Victor Factor died when Belicia was 6 years old. Since then, her life has been rather typical, consisting of hanging out with friends, going to school and doing other activities normal of teenagers.

• Victor Factor & Tatiana Factor - Parents who are both deceased (he died in an accident at the Electrical Plant and she died of breast cancer in December 2007)
• Saleisha Factor - Older sister. Will be a Junior at Hartford in the fall.

• Colin Lowen - Belicia's personal interaction with him is mostly limited to art classes and art club from school (before he graduated) and also the art club at the community center. But she also knows him from Jessy's involvement with him.
• John Zimmerman - Belicia has known him and his mother for as long as she can remember. They have been helpful and attentive (in some way) to the Factor family ever since Victor's death, but they have been especially so in recent years with Tatiana's failing health.
• Alexander Stone - Mr. Stone is her history teacher and though she has no plans of being a history major (or having a career related to it), she loves his classes. She took a liking to his teaching style early on and has always worked hard in his class. Mr. Stone has also been one of her mentors during her college application process, helping her with everything from which schools or programs to apply to and what scholarships are available to her.
• Micah Lewis - Recently Micah became her boss now that she's working at the Photo Studio. Before, she knew him through his interactions with her sister.
• Cassandra Davis - Along with Micah, she has been a neighbor of the Factors for a while.
• Travis Collins - Belicia works with him at the Photo Studio and also knows him as a friend of Saleisha's.
