Before His Birth

October 17, 1932	Alex's father, Conor Stone, is born.
February 11, 1937	Alex's mother, Mary McConnell, is born.
March 18, 1958	Conor and Mary get married.
December 13, 1958	Alex's eldest brother, Padraig (later Patrick), is born.
May 4, 1963	Alex's twin brothers, Liam and Seamus, are born.
June 12, 1966	Alex's youngest brother, Bryun, is born.

1970’s

June 28, 1971	Alsandair Stone is born. His family quickly nicknames him Alex.
	Alex is baptised.
1976	Padraig moves to Dublin and begins officially going by Patrick.
1977	Before Sunday School one day, Alex kisses a little girl named Enya. The two are discovered mid-kiss by Alex's mother, who freaks out.
1979	Alex has his first confession. A few weeks later, he participates in his first communion.

1980’s

1980	Alex begins learning English.
1982	Seamus moves out of his parents home.
1983	Seamus formally begins studying to become a priest.
1984	Liam moves out of his parents home at the insistence of his girlfriend.
	Bryun moves in with Patrick in Dublin.
1985	Seamus moves to Rome.
	Alex has his confirmation.
May 2, 1986	Liam gets married.
1987	Patrick and Bryun open a pub in Dublin.
October 3, 1987	Liam's first child, a daughter named Mary, is born.
1989	After graduating from secondary school and he moves to Dublin for university. It is here that Alsandair begins to use the name Alexander, or Alex. Under the influence of his elder brothers, he begins smoking.
	In his first year at school, Alex meets Ricky Fayzed.

1990’s

1990	Alex meets JJ Sullivan and Mike Fitzgerald at a pub and saves them from being beaten up for wearing orange in a Catholic bar. The three are fast friends.
	Alex and Ricky become exclusive, soon after they have sex for the first time.
August 5, 1990	Liam's second child, a son named Seamus, is born.
1991	Alex gets his first tattoo.
September 20, 1991	Liam's third child, a daughter named Caitria, is born.
1993	Alex completes his degree in religion and moves to Connecticut with Ricky.
	Alex buys his first brand new car, a Suzuki Sidekick. He names it Beag, because it's so small.
	Alex's first sleeve is completed.
1994	Liam's fourth child, a daughter named Kelly, is born.
1995	Alex proposes to Ricky in the middle of a fight, telling her either they got married or broke up.
1997	Alex completes his degree in history and begins his teaching degree. When classes aren’t in session, he returns to Ireland to help prepare for his wedding.
January 25, 1997	Bryun elopes.
February 21, 1998	Bryun's first daughter, Patsy, is born.
July 1, 1998	Alex and Ricky get married in the church that Alex grew up in.
	Shortly after getting married, Alex has his name legally changed.
1999	Alex becomes a naturalized citizen of the United States, although he does not give up his Irish citizenship.

2000’s

February, 2000	Ricky tells Alex that they're going to be parents. She insists that the two of them follow the same dietary restrictions, including giving up alcohol and cigarettes. Alex succeeds in quitting smoking, but secretly has the occasssional beer throughout the pregnancy.
May, 2000	Alex completes his teaching degree. He and Ricky move to Pleasant Port in July where Alex is fortunate enough to get a full time teaching job at the local high school.
August 3, 2000	Alex's son, Connor Stone, is born. Alex has his birth entered into the Foreign Births Entry Book in Dublin so that the boy has Irish citizenship.
December 28, 2001	Bryun's second child, a daughter named Sinead, is born.
August 8, 2002	After a night out with JJ, Alex returns home to find Mike cooking breakfast for Ricky wearing nothing but a pair of boxers. Alex moves out and files for a divorce.
2003	Alex’s divorce is finalized. Ricky and Mike move to New Mexico, where her family is, and take Connor with them. Alex moves back into the house he had owned with Ricky.
October, 2004	Alex finds out that Ricky is pregnant with her second child, and as a result has decided that Connor is going to call Mike 'daddy'.
November, 2004	At one of JJ's barbeques Alex gets drunk and sleeps with Maggie Felix. Not wanting it to be a one night stand, he asks her out and they begin dating.
December, 2004	Maggie decides that Alex is not over Ricky and he decides that she’s too much like Ricky, so they end things.
January, 2005	A month after breaking up with Maggie, Alex finally works up the nerve to tell his parents about his divorce.
April 1, 2005	Ricky's daughter, Brianna, is born.
November, 2005	Alex meets and begins to date Amy Salinger.
December, 2005	Alex and Amy break up, but decide to remain friends.
2006	Alex begins frequenting the Ocean View Bar for the purpose of seeing Jackie Sanders. On New Year’s Eve he kisses her just before midnight.

2007

January 1	Alex meets Luke Questal, Jackie’s ex-husband. Despite this, Alex decides he’s still interested and the two go on their first date when Alex cooks his favourite Irish meal and brings it to the bar for Jackie.
January 14	After several dates, Alex and Jackie decide to make their relationship official.
February 13	Jackie seduces and sleeps with Alex, telling him that she loves him. Alex freaks, and tells her that he ‘loves being with her’.
February 14	Alex gets slightly drunk during his anniversary dinner with Jackie and tells her that he loves her.
February 16	Connor visits his father and meets Jackie for the first time.
February 17	While Alex is checking on Ocean View during the flooding, Luke forces himself into Alex’s home and attempts to rape Jackie. He is only stopped by the timely arrival of the police, who were called by Connor.
March	Ricky sues for a complete removal of Alex’s visitation rights. Alex goes to New Mexico in an attempt to fight for the limited time he has with his son.
April 20	Alex returns from New Mexico with his visitation rights partially intact. He eagerly resumes his relationship with Jackie.
April 25	Alex sees Jackie at a bar hugging a man who he assumes she is having an affair with. He goes home and gets drunk, only to get into a fight with the man later on in the night.
April 26	Alex wakes up in the hospital after his drunken brawl and is told by Jackie that the man he fought with was her brother, Patrick.
August	Alex takes Jackie and Connor to Ireland for a week, where he introduces Jackie to his family.
	Upon returning to Pleasant Port, Alex asks Jackie to move in with him.
October 31	Jackie goes to visit her sister in California.
November	Alex and Amy begin working on their course for the college together.
	After finding out that the course has been approved, Amy and Alex celebrate over drinks. The next day, Alex realizes that he might have feelings for Amy, but chooses instead to attribute it to how much he misses Jackie.
	Alex flys out to California to visit Jackie for Thanksgiving. To his surprise she breaks up with him, saying that she needs time to see the world and live life a little before settling down with him. Alex returns to Pleasant Port and begins smoking again.
December 24	Alex attends Mass with Amy. The two goof around throughout the service, but as they're driving back to Amy's place things take a sour turn. Alex confesses to Amy that he's thinking about moving back to Ireland and, in an attempt to convince him to stay, Amy kisses him. Before things can go too much further, Alex stops them, saying that he needs to make sure he wants Amy because she's Amy and not because Jackie's gone. When he arrives back at home, he finds a note on his door for him from Jackie.
December 25	Jackie visits Alex in an attempt to reconcile, however he quickly shoots her down stating that there's someone else. Even though he still isn't positive that his feelings aren't the result of him rebounding, Alex visits Amy and tells her that he chooses her. The two agree not discuss their feelings and end up having sex in the back seat of Alex's car.

2008

March 15	Amy presses Alex for something more in their relationship. When he says that he can't offer it, they end it.
April	Alex begins trying to convince Ricky to allow Connor to spend the bulk of the summer in Ireland with his parents. Not liking the idea one bit, Ricky fights with Alex on it. While the initial fight isn't particularly heated, every conversation to occur between the two of them ends up in an argument about how the boy will spend his summer.
May 22	Alex's road hockey team wins their first game of the tournament and goes on to the semi-finals.
May 24	Alex receives a phone call from Ricky that results in another fight between them. This one takes a worse turn than the others though; at the end of it Ricky declares that she wants a paternity test to prove that Alex is her son's father. In an attempt to deal with the fact that his son might no longer legally be his son, Alex drowns his misery in a bottle of Irish whiskey. Shortly before passing out, he leaves Amy a rather distraught voicemail.
May 26	Alex's road hockey team loses their second game and is out of the tournament.
May 27	Alex gets rather drunk at the Fun Bar and flirts with Rylee Romsland. By the time the bartender cuts the two of them off Alex is so drunk that he doesn't know what her name is and has decided that he has no problem with sleeping with her. The two end up going back to his place and having sex.
May 28	Alex wakes up with a horrible hangover and a naked girl in his bed. While he still has a rather jaded attitude towards his religion and morals as the result of his problems with Ricky he can't help but feel rather remoresful about having sex with a complete stranger. His jaded attitude wins though, and he asks her for her phone number.
