Brief History 

When Shawn bought the house it looked nice on the outside but the inside was a mess. Apparently the last owners decided to do some remodeling and it didn't last very long. So when he got the place, Shawn spent a good chunk of his money getting it set back to the way he thought it should be.

He put it his own sweat and blood into the restoration of the house and rarely called the people who were the experts until it was too late. All the stone work he did with some help from his old and new crew. He enjoyed the fact that there was nice wooden floors under a terrible bright blue carpet.

Oddly in the basement, Shawn noticed that strange thumps were heard in the corner. When he brought the pool table down, it would never stay racked when he was down there. He's named the ghost "Frankie" as in Frank Sinatra...the leader of the Rat Pack and has made a deal...he can play pool in the basement if Shawn and his team have it when they want.

He prides the fact that he's got two guest rooms, though one is a double. He likes to have places where his crew can either hang out with him. Plus it gives him a place to sash Noah and Tyler occasionally if he's got some friends coming over. (Kidding...he's off when Noah comes to town.) If he ever was able to get Anya to ditch mom and come spend time with him, Shawn has all ready agreed that the two would make it a father and daughter bonding experience while redoing the attic.
