Brief History
The house was built in the spring of 2002 by the PP Harbor Realties Co. It was first used as rental property, but the company suffered some financial set-backs and put the property up for sale in the summer of 2007.

Ode to the 42" Flatscreen.....
The house has a rather unique style with a split-level 2nd floor that actually makes the house three-stories. The upper floor includes a master bedroom (Ethan's), a full bath, and a crow's nest that looks out onto the beach.
The second floor has a bedroom (Cole's) that opens out onto a balcony/patio on the ocean-side, a converted office/study or library, and full bath. This floor is also partially open to allow a cathedral ceiling for the living room below.
The ground floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, guest bedroom, a rec room, and a half-bath. There is also an attached two-car garage and workshop. Out front of the house (beach-side) is a patio with a custom-built firepit.
